Limited TelepathyThe otyugh can magically send simple messages as well as images to any animal that is within 120 feet. Telepathy is a form of Telepathy that allows the receiver creature to reply telepathically.

Multiattack:The Otyugh Dnd Monster can perform three attacks: One with its bite and two more with its tentacles.

BiteThis bite attack can be used to create a Melee weapon attack: +6 to hit, reach five feet, one target. It also hits 12 (2d8 + 3), dealing piercing injury. Assume the target creature is the one being targeted.

Every 24 hours, the target must make another saving throw. A saving throw reduces the target’s hit point to the maximum level by 5 (1d10) on failure. The cure for the disease is achieved when you succeed. It is possible for the disease to cause death if the target’s hit points are lower than 0. A reduction in hit points can occur, which could last until the disease is cured.

TentacleThe Otyugh monster’s Melee Weapon Attack is +6 to hit, reach ten feet. One target. It also causes 7 (1d8 + 3 Bludgeoning, and 4 (1d8) Piercing Damages. It can be grappled if the target is medium-sized or smaller. Two tentacles can be used by the otyugh to grapple with a single target.

Tentacle Slam: The otyugh beast can smash the creature Grappled by them into each other or the solid surface. Each creature must succeed on the DC 14 Constitution saving Throw or it takes 10 (2d6 + 3) bludgeoning damages and is also stunned unless the otyugh ends its turn. If the save succeeds the target takes half of the bludgeoning damage and is not stunned.
