Duergar ResilienceBasically, the duergar monster of dnd 5e has an advantage on saving throws that is almost against poison, spells and illusions. It also resists being Charmed or Paralyzed.

Sunlight Sensitivity: The sun gives this durgear-monster in dungeons & dragons an advantage on their attack rolls. It could also rely on the wisdom (perception), to increase its chances of success.

Actions

Enlarge (Recharges after a short or long rest): This duergar monster can increase its size by absorbing any item it’s wearing or carrying for a brief moment. If the duergar is increased, it will become larger. It can double the damage dice for Strength based weapon attack (included with attacks), and can also make strength checking and strength saving throws using an edge. It can also grow if there is not enough space. It can grow to the maximum size if it has enough space.

War Pick: This monster can be made a melee weapon by using the war pick. Its attack is +4 to hit, and can reach 5 feet. One target. Hit: 6 (1d8+2) piercing, or 11 (2d8+2) piercing while enlarged.

JavelinThis javelin attack can be used by the dnd monster to make a melee or ranged weapon attack. It is +4 to hit, ranges 30/120 feet, and one target. Hit: 5 (1d6+2) while piercing, 9 (2d6+2) while enlarged.

Invisibility (Recharges after a short or long rest)The duergar monster is able to magically turn by not appearing until it has had time to attack, cast a spell or uses its Enlarge. It can also stop appearing until its concentration is disrupted for up to an hour, as if it were concentrating on a spell. Any equipment the duergar may have is invisible.
