Crossbow HandThis monster can use the hand crossbow to make a ranged weapon attack: +4 to hit, range 30-120 ft., one target. It also hits 5 (1d6 + 2 piercing damage) and the target should succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving Throw or be Poisoned until 1 hour.
Let’s say that the saving throw is unable to be made by five or more. The target will then become Unconscious and Poisoned. The target is woken up if it takes damage or if another creature takes action to shake it awake.
