Common Weapon, any

Although they are less powerful than a magic tool, charged weapons require less skill and are easier to make. These weapons were made by hedge wizards and other lesser spellcasters. These weapons could also be the result a failed attempt to create a normal magical weapon.

A weapon charged can result in 1d4+1 penalties. A bonus action can be used by the wielder to expend a charged weapon. A weapon that is charged by the bonus action will be activated for at least one minute. It will then be treated like a magic weapon with a +1 bonus for damage and attacking the rolls. Once all charges have been exhausted, it shall be considered a normal non-magical weapon.
