The power of a hadar and the dark hunger can be invoked. Even the Tendrils from dark energy could erupt out of you and batter any creatures that are within 10ft of you. Every creature within that area must be capable of making a strength saving throw.

If a failed save is made, a target takes 2d6 damage. Even if it does so, the reaction will not be taken until the next turn. The creature does not take any effects if it makes a successful save, but can take half the damage.

Other uses

You can use all the d&d5e magic spell arms hadar with your DMs permission, but i believe these are safe to assume. First, let me mention that the reaction-stealing ability can be used for escape from situations that are in mortal peril. This ability is very useful for precarious gishcasters or squishycasters. It can be used as an OE to help with this.

Now that I’m actually reading it, I feel like this spell could be very effective in intimidating someone.
